Service Description

Initial 60-minute virtual consultation with our dietitian • Full in-depth nutrition assessment to review food diary, daily activity, performance issues, supplements, past health/nutrition history, and select goals. Two 30-minute follow-up virtual consultations • Assessment of client's progress within one month of the initial consultation. Opportunity to assess previous goals, establish new goals and tend to persistent issues. In-between session communication with our dietitian “PRIME” personalized meal plan • Personalized meal plan specifically built to help the client reach their nutrition goals through detailed guidance according to the client’s specific lifestyle and caloric needs, activity level, and food preferences. The plan will include diet analysis, calorie and macronutrient suggestions, detailed meal recommendations, a personalized 5-day sample menu (up to 25 meal and snack ideas), supplement suggestions and much more depending on client needs! Appropriate calorie range and macro breakdown determined based on the above consultation.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. If cancellations are made within the 24-hour window there will be a penalty charge of 50% of the booked service.
