Service Description

30-minute virtual consultation with our dietitian • Nutrition screen to briefly identify problems, select goals, review pertinent past health/nutrition history. • Provision of macro breakdown (carbohydrates, fat, and protein) overview based on the above. 30-minute follow-up virtual consultations • Assessment of client's progress within one month of the initial consultation. Opportunity to assess previous goals, establish new goals and tend to persistent issues. “BUILD” meal plan • This plan provides an appropriate target calorie range, macro breakdown (carbohydrates, fat, protein) and sample meals based on goals and activity level per consultation.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. If cancellations are made within the 24-hour window there will be a penalty charge of 50% of the booked service.
