Family Session

Service Description

This is an 80-minute nutrition education that covers the needs of the whole family! As a family, we will focus on 3 topics of concern, create a plan of action to benefit the whole family/group, and participate in activities to assess learning. All participants will receive detailed handouts to help keep the momentum going after the session. Each individual is required to fill out paperwork, as well as a 3- day food journal for analysis and discussion—this will serve as the building blocks of our meeting. Price does not include the cost of travel. Discount available for 3 or more attendees, the limit is 10 attendees. For groups larger than 10, please contact for special pricing. Cancellation Policy

To cancel please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. If cancellations are made within the 24-hour window there will be a penalty charge of 50% of the booked service.
