Consultation "Impact" Package

Service Description

INITIAL CONSULT: Full in-depth nutrition assessment to review food diary, daily activity, performance issues, supplements, past health/nutrition history, and personal goals. During our session we will discuss topics of concern, address how to properly achieve client goals, and participate in activities to assess learning. Client will receive detailed handouts on topics discussed during our session to reinforce habit change and encourage sustainability! FOLLOW-UP: Assessment of client's progress within one month of the initial consultation. Opportunity to assess previous goals, establish new goals and tend to persistent issues.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. If cancellations are made within the 24-hour window there will be a penalty charge of 50% of the booked service.
